7/6/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client followed directions the first time given by putting her seatbelt on while riding in the van. During midday socialization activities, the client remained focused while on the group field trip. During afternoon socialization activities, the client interacted with her peers in a positive manner while eating lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise ad encouraged her to continue following directions the first time given. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged her to continue remaining focused. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged her to continue interacting with her peers in a positive manner. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement.
